Q: What is my username/password?

A: Your username is typically the email address associated with your membership account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

A: To update your information, log in to your account, navigate to the Online Community, and click on "Welcome, [Member Name]" in the upper right corner. From there, select "Account + Settings" and update your profile details in the "Profile" section. Make sure to save your changes before exiting.

A: You can control your profile visibility by clicking on the lock icon next to each field in your profile. A green lock indicates that the information is public, while a red lock signifies that the information is private. A: To add contacts, go to the members' directory, locate the member you want to connect with, and click the "Add to Contacts" button next to their profile. Once added, you can easily communicate and network with them through your contact list.

A: Communities are specialized groups within the Online Community that focus on specific interests or topics. They provide a platform for members to engage in discussions, share knowledge, and collaborate on common goals or projects.

Q: Which communities do I already belong to?

A: You can view the communities you belong to by accessing your profile and navigating to the "Communities" section. Here, you'll find a list of all the communities you are currently subscribed to.

Q: How do I join/subscribe to a community?

A: To join a community, browse the available communities in the Online Community. Once you find one that interests you, click the "Join" button to subscribe. You will then receive updates and notifications from that community.

A: You can manage your email preferences by going to your account settings. In the "Information & Settings" section, you can adjust how often you receive emails and the type of content you want.

Q: How do I leave a community or unsubscribe from a discussion?

A: To leave a community, navigate to the community page and click the "Leave" button. If you want to unsubscribe from a specific discussion, you can do this in your notification settings, where you can opt-out of certain topics or threads.

Q: How do I respond to others’ posts?

A: To respond to a post, locate the discussion thread and click on the "Reply" button beneath the post. Type your response in the provided text box and submit it to share your thoughts with the community.

A: To start a new discussion, go to the relevant community and click the "Start a New Discussion" button. Fill in the title and content of your post, and click "Submit" to initiate the conversation with other members.

Q: Is it possible to search for posts across all communities?

A: Absolutely! You can use the global search tool at the top of the Online Community page to explore posts from all communities. Just enter your keywords or phrases, and you'll quickly find relevant discussions.
