• An NCVMA profile is required to attach courses, track progress, and issue CE certificates.

• This page explains how to purchase and access NCVMA on-demand continuing education for both members and non-members.

Step 1: Sign In or Create an Account

If you already have an NCVMA login, sign in here:

If you do not have a profile, register here:
https://members.ncvma.org/general/register_start.asp

During registration, choose to either join NCVMA or create an Online Learning account for CE access only.

Step 2: Browse Available On-Demand Courses

Once logged in, view all available on-demand CE offerings here:
https://members.ncvma.org/store/ListProducts.aspx?catid=1019268

Select a course to review details, pricing, and CE credit.

Step 3: Purchase Your Course

Add the course to your cart and complete checkout.

If you have a promo code, enter it during checkout and select “Update Price.”

Note: Course access is not available until payment is fully completed and processed.

Step 4: Access Your Courses

After purchase, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email
• A separate email with course access information

Courses are accessed through the NCVMA online classroom, which is a separate system used for video delivery:

Courses will appear under On-Demand Programs.

If a course does not appear immediately, refresh your browser or clear your cache and try again.

Step 5: Complete the Course and Download CE

Click the course to begin.

CE credit is awarded only for the first full viewing of a course and is recorded under your NCVMA profile.

After completion, select “Click Here for CE” to choose your credit type and download your certificate.

Common Issues and Help

• Not logged in: Courses and CE certificates cannot be tracked without an NCVMA profile.
• Forgot your password: Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
• Unpaid invoice: Course access will not appear until payment is complete.
