About Us

The NCVMA supports veterinary professionals in North Carolina. Our online platform provides resources and educational opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Step 1: Sign In

Go to the NCVMA Sign In page.

1A. Members can log in with their credentials to access the NCVMA online classroom.

1B. If you do not have a profile, join NCVMA or click “Haven’t Registered Yet” to continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Complete Your Registration

Select the "Online Learning" option during registration to gain access to all courses.

2A. Choose "Online Learning" during sign-up.

2B. Confirm your email and complete the registration form.

2C. Continue and complete your profile details.

Step 3: Browse Available Courses

Once logged in, navigate to the store and select “Online Courses” to explore specific topics.

Step 4: Select and Add Courses

Browse the offerings and click “VIEW” to learn more. If interested, click “ADD ITEM” to add it to your cart.

Step 5: Apply Discounts or Promo Codes

During checkout, paste your promo code in the "APPLY PROMOTIONAL CODE" box and click "Update Price."

Step 6: Complete Your Purchase

Enter payment details, review your order, and click "Complete Order."

Step 7: Confirmation Emails

You will receive:

• One email confirming your order
• Another with course access links

Step 8: Access Your Courses

Click the course link in your email or log in to the NCVMA online classroom. Bookmark the page for easy return.

Step 9: Start Learning

Your purchased courses will appear under “On-Demand Programs.” If they do not show immediately, clear your cache and refresh. Contact NCVMA support if issues continue.

Step 10: Complete Courses and Download CE

Click on a course to begin. CE credit is only awarded for the first viewing. After completing, select “Click Here for CE” to choose your credit type and download your certificate.
